Kiko Huang

Hey! I am a biomedical sciences student with a passion for healthcare and clinical research. I hope to work in a field where I can contribute my acquired knowledge to progress patient care and health outcomes.

I have over 2 years of experience in the medical field, working in hospitals, pharmacies, and other independent clinics. I am very familiar with patient care and patient interaction, as well as various medical softwares. I also have more than a year of research experience, which includes experience in participant recruitment, obtaining informed consent, debriefing, and data entry.

I am set to graduate from the University of Waterloo in 2023. Through my undergraduate career, I have gained more than 200 hours in various biology and chemistry labs, where I learned important skills such as microscopy, cell culturing, electrophoresis, and ELISA. On top of this, I have taken countless courses to strengthen my knowledge of biology, physiology, and psychology.
