With 5 years experience in both in-house and freelance graphic designer roles, I have honed my ability to blend creativity with strategy to create compelling and attractive visual solutions that resonate with audiences, and drive results. I managed a wide range of projects, from concept to production, for various media: in-store signage, posters, brochures, flyers, packaging, social media, and marketing collateral.

As I deeply care about inclusion and accessibility, I delved into UX and Web design. Dedicated and detail-oriented, I am seeking opportunities to work on projects where I can use my creative design skills, user-centric approach, and passion for enhancing the customer experience to drive sales and improve overall user satisfaction.

Volunteer Graphic Editor for the IAABC Foundation from November 2023 to Present:

• Creates graphics for social media (Facebook 4.3k followers, Instagram 3.3k followers) and other organizational platforms, under the direction of the Strategy Director and the Social Media Manager.
• Conceives and edits visuals on Canva (still image, animation, video) and Adobe creative suite to promote the foundation's events.
• Applies consistency on all supports, based on the foundation guidelines.
• Assists in weekly meeting with the team members.

Freelance in 2022-2023:

• Established a graphic design business to support companies in their brand development.
• Consulted with the client to establish the look, graphic elements, and content of communication materials.
• Determined the best medium suited, and estimated the project's time and cost of materials.
• Conceptualized logo design and business card to promote the company's services according to the brief. Implemented feedback to suit the company's needs.
• Designed visuals and graphic elements to raise awareness about energy saving for the football association of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes – France (63 employees). It helped to change daily habits and gradually cut the association's electricity consumption by 10%.

In-house Graphic Designer in the retail industry, from 2016 to 2020:

• Produced advertising content for various media, which included in-store signage, posters, leaflets, brochures, merchandise, and social media visuals, to enhance the brand's visibility. Projects were all handled from conception to production with coordinating with sub-contractors.
• Created visually attractive posters to promote the brand's services, commercial events like sales (Black Friday, special sales, ...), new product launches, and workshops.
• Developed full concept of informative leaflets (online research, content writing, and design) to improve the quality of customer service. It increased the sales index from 1.1 to 1.54, and the flow of traffic by 25% between nearby stores.
• Proposed catchy visuals on the internet to expand the brand's awareness on social media. The store's Facebook page had nearly 1000 followers.
