I am a senior digital delivery leader with over 13 years experience in creative and digital agencies, specialising in complex websites and eCommerce platforms. I lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver large-scale Shopify and WordPress builds, API integrations, and international eCommerce solutions.

I oversee the full digital lifecycle, from discovery to launch, ensuring commercial viability, operational efficiency, and accessibility compliance, while contributing to product leadership and strategic planning.

I’ve held senior leadership roles including Senior Project Manager, Head of Project Management, and now Special Projects Director. I lead end-to-end digital projects—from onboarding and discovery through UX, development, QA, deployment, and post-launch—across D2C and B2B clients, including trade publishers, university presses, retailers, and property businesses.
