Krystine Blenkin

Mentoring spiritual seekers with truthful, direct yet compassionate feedback to catalyze their next growth edge and experience a more embodied and authentic human expression.

I've owned my own business helping people come into alignment with themselves and their truth since 2014.

• Yoga teaching from 2014-2020 - both private and small group classes
  • guiding people to connect mind-body and establish a trusted channel of communication between the mind-body
  • building strength and flexibility through the mind-body
• Addictions and dependency coaching from 2021-now
  • focusing on what the dependency is protecting, or masking instead of WHAT the dependency is to locate the fueling source for the dependency and heal from the inside out.
  • coaching people through their recovery process and program of choice with encouragement, accountability, reliability, and commitment
  3) Spiritual and Authenticity Integration coaching 2021-now

• Worked for Mindbloom Inc from Aug ‘21 - October ’22 guiding people to find meaning and integrate their ketamine experiences to maximize their healing potential through depression and anxiety disorders.
• Privately mentors people on how to create a balanced and healing relationship with their plant medicines of choice, to reduce harm and maximize growth potential
