I've been employed for nearly 2 years and I'm passionate about besting my skills. Which include: Multi-tasking, communication, organization, and active listening.
In 2021, I worked as a receptionist, where I was responsible for greeting and directing clients, managing phone calls, and scheduling appointments. These experiences honed my customer service skills, and I learned how to handle even the most challenging situations with ease and grace. In 2022, I continued to develop my customer service skills by working as a cashier, supervisor, and teller.
In these roles, I gained experience in managing transactions, resolving customer complaints, and providing exceptional service. I also developed my organizational and administrative skills, learning how to multitask and prioritize effectively.
I graduated secondary school at OASIS Skateboard Factory in 2021 and now have a High School Diploma.
Other than that, I have no post-secondary education degrees. Nor am I a student at the moment.
