Graduated with a BaSc in Management Engineering, I am someone always interested in learning new things, as well as known for being very persistence in anything I do. I enjoy helping others, and have a huge interest in making things better. I am also curious about the world and the technology around me, and consistently explore the idea of "what is a meaningful life".

I have 5 co-op terms of experience in technical support, project management, and data analysis. My roles have included managing equipment and software procurement, providing support for Windows, Mac OS, and various applications, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and update company policies. I have a proven track record of troubleshooting technical issues, creating and maintaining detailed documentation, and ensuring efficient operations within corporate and multi-departmental environments. My skills in data analysis, using tools like Tableau and Power BI, along with my strong communication and problem-solving abilities, make me a versatile and effective professional.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, which provided a strong foundation in programming, data structures, systems analysis, supply chain, and data analysis. Throughout my academic journey, I focused on enhancing my technical skills and gained practical experience through various projects and internships. My education equipped me with a solid understanding of both the theoretical and practical aspects of technology and data analysis, which I have successfully applied in my professional roles.
