Hello,
Have spent the last five years in the Food and Beverage Industry after completing my Interior Design Degree and moving out west in Canada. I am looking to further my experience and life skills as well as aspiring to get into the Healthcare Industry as I am going back to school for a Nursing Program. Have spent the last few years enjoying what Whistler and the Food and Beverage Industry has to offer as well as completing my AST-1 and Advanced Water Scuba Diving.
Very eager to learn some new skills and see what my future has to offer!
After completing my degree I moved out to Whistler. For the last five years I have been Serving at some of the most highly reputable restaurants and hotels in Whistler, BC. I started Serving at The Fairmont Chateau in The Wildflower mornings.
There I had learned professional skills and mannerisms as well as food and alcohol safety. Since then I have worked at The Brickworks, a Casual Fine Dining Social house in Whistler. I now work at Caramba, one of Whistlers top ten restaurants.
At these two places I have learned and practiced my customer service skills and mainly identifying guests needs and wants. It can get very busy at these establishments so learning to deal with a large amount of people at a time is one of my main skills learned.
