I’m a 21 year old Professional Writing student at Algonquin College graduating of April 2023.
I am interested in Creative, Content, Script writing, Technical and Graphic Design. I am goal oriented, hard-working, resilient, adaptable, and an ambitious dreamer hoping one day to publish my books.
Throughout the past two summers, I worked at CC’s on the Rideau in the Big Rideau as a hostess and most recently, an office assistant and Scanner at Royal Lepage located in Smith Falls ON. From these employments, I learned valuable professional skills such as conflict resolution, customer needs assessment and customer, co-worker and employer communications.
By Spring of 2023, I will have completed three years of the Professional Writing program at Algonquin College in Ottawa in hopes of earning my Ontario College Diploma. During my time in the program I learned sufficent leadership and teamwork skills, but I also have learned how to edit, proofread, and adapted my technical skills using SquareSpace, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
