I've spent 13 years supervising and managing accounts payable teams in a government/health care environment. I am very familiar with accounting software (Oracle in particular). I have experience leading teams in expense report processing, corporate card programs, vendor maintenance, and financial compliance as well as standard invoice and payment processing functions.
