Hi,
I’m Laura, a Digital Marketing Coordinator who recently completed BrainStation’s certification and immediately turned my capstone into a paid client project (launching Feb 3rd for Ideal School in Latin America).
I work with SaaS teams and digital service / product providers that are ready to move from reactive execution to structured marketing operations.
I build clean, functional systems that do one thing well:
bring in leads and give you back time and mental space.
What I can do for you
Perfect for lead magnets, webinars, mini-offers, or list building.
Clear, practical, goal-driven connections between forms, pages, and emails.
I am currently open to full-time roles in Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Digital Marketing Coordination.

My path into marketing hasn’t been traditional, but it’s given me something that matters a lot in lifecycle work: a strong foundation in systems, coordination, and execution in high-stakes environments.
Before marketing, I spent several years at Emirates Airlines in recruitment and as cabin crew.
Working in a highly regulated, global organization taught me how small mistakes can cascade quicklyan d why documentation, precision, and clear handoffs matter. I learned to operate calmly under pressure and to coordinate across teams working asynchronously, often across time zones and cultures.
I later moved into healthcare as a Personal Support Worker, where attention to detail and accuracy weren’t optional. Every task required clear documentation, strict protocols, and reliable execution. That experience reinforced something I still apply in marketing today: complex workflows only work when they’re well understood, clearly structured, and consistently executed.
In between, I worked as a Store Manager at Nice Diggz, where I managed daily operations,
customer workflows, and team coordination across multiple services. I focused on simplifying processes, improving customer experience, and tracking operational outcomes, reducing complaints and costs while keeping everything running smoothly. That role strengthened my ability to balance execution, data, and real-world user experience.
That realization is what led me into lifecycle marketing.
I enrolled in BrainStation’s Digital
Marketing program to build the technical foundation in email automation, funnel optimization,
segmentation, and A/B testing, organic and paid search but more importantly, to learn how to translate strategy into systems that actually run.
