I am a multidisciplinary service designer and researcher with 15 years of experience across health research, government, and non-profit sectors, specializing in design for health and social good. I bring a human-centred approach that combines qualitative research, participatory co-design, visual communication, and knowledge mobilization that bridges strategy and implementation. Service Designer at Healthcare Human Factors (2022-06 – 2026-07)

• Co-designed new models of care and patient experiences for the UHN Gattuso Centre for Social Medicine and Toronto Grace Health Centre, using service design methods with journey mapping, user personas, and prototyping assets to support engagement with key stakeholders

• Conducted primary research and mapped complex workflows for patient transfers in the Toronto General Hospital emergency department

• Supported human factors usability research by developing quick reference guides for medical equipment, educational posters about new clinical practices, risk mitigation labels for IV pumps across UHN sites, and informative presentations for key internal and external audiences

Knowledge Mobilization and Design Specialist at CanAge (2020-11 – 2022-05)

• Conducted surveys about intergenerational connections and synthesized findings into insights and visual infographics, which were used to support advocacy goals, outreach objectives, and resource development

• Designed policy roadmaps that laid out comprehensive plans to improve the well-being of seniors, and report cards that assessed the availability and coverage of multiple vaccines across Canada

• Created digital assets to support presentations, webinars, and social media engagement with governments, industry leaders and members of the general public

• Visually translated findings about aging and technology research, entrepreneurship, and innovations into knowledge products for dissemination to stakeholders across government, industry and academic sectors

• Designed physical and digital materials to support knowledge exchange, including partnership brochures, virtual conferences, and monthly network e-newsletters

Graduate Research Assistant, Health Design Studio at OCAD University (2018-11 – 2019-07)

• Supported the conceptualization, design, and production of Time Moving, an arts-based participatory exhibition first staged at DesignTO Festival in January 2019

• Facilitated interactive participant experiences, collected and analyzed exhibition data, and co-authored two research publications with faculty members
