As a Design Lead, I spearhead the development and delivery of user-centric digital payment solutions, enhancing experiences for millions of customers. I lead the Internet Banking segment with a team of UX designers and researchers at Axis Bank, overseeing strategy, user research, stakeholder management, and project execution.
With an MA in Innovation Management from the University of the Arts London, my foundations in service design and user experience research enable me to bring a strategic lens to my work. I've previously worked in domains including healthcare, environmental and social design, delivering solutions focusing on the needs of users, businesses, and societies.
