Layal Sabbah

I am a LLB graduate from the University of Birmingham. I recently completed my NCA examinations and received my Certificate of Qualification. I am excited to continue my career in law, gaining valuable experience and skills, and hopefully create a more inclusive space in law for women and minorities.

I was mentored by an Immigration consultant and closely worked with an Immigration lawyer from 2017 to 2019. I assisted in preparing application documents including visit visas, sponsorships, and express entry. My tasks included working with clients to gather necessary information and documentation in a timely manner; completed many affidavits for Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C) applications; conducted research for special cases; and incorporated a foundation federally and followed through all the steps required for the non-profit corporation to conduct its business provincially.

I graduated from the University of Birmingham in July 2021 with an LLB for Grads. I then completed my NCA examinations and received my Certificate of Qualification.
