Mental Health Worker at Pioneer Community Living Association (2025-01 – Present)
In this Mental Health Residence I was responsible for overseeing and supporting 10 residents in their daily activities, to promote structure, safety, and emotional well-being. I administered daily medications in accordance with established protocols and ensured all medication distribution was accurately documented. In addition, I prepared and served meals while carefully following individual dietary restrictions and allergy requirements to maintain each client's health and safety.
My responsibilities also included having clear communications regarding information on the house or residents to be passed on to the next shift and manager of care.

As a Mental Health Care Worker I would oversee the daily activities that the clients participated in, I would distribute their daily medications and ensure it was recorded properly. I would prepare meals and make sure that I adhere to any clients diet restrictions or allergies.
