Operations manager/Senior Supervisor 10 plus years of experience in a senior leadership role oversee 276000 square feet of agricultural/construction parts. Deligate and lead a huge team of people in assuring they were safe while working and performing to meet company targets. Ship and distribute to over 175 agriculture dealership across Western Canada as well as over see the receiving of the parts coming in and processing them into inventory and ensure integrity of inventory assets by maintaining receiving, counting, putaways and audit process.
Secure inventory is stored in safe locations and protected from damage or loss and is maintained in a pick ready status. Continuously developing, training and managing team members in their departments hold each accountable for respective efficiencies, quality and safety objectives. Responsible for roughly 30 to 50 team members depending on season and a mix of salaried and unionized members.
Communicate effectively and maintain a professional relationship with all customers, dealers, and contractors.
