Luis Barretto

I am Luis A. Barretto, currently a student in Cambrian College, taking up Mining Engineering Technician. I am also a BS Mining Engineering Graduate from Adamson University in the Philippines.

I have a 13 month experience working in the mining industry as a Mining Engineer Intern in a Gold Underground Mine and as a Field Mining Engineer Technical Assistant in a Nickel Surface Mine. I am currently employed part-time by Canada Demo Services based in Sudbury, Ontario.

I have an 11-month experience (September 2021 - August 2022) working as a Field Mining Engineer Technical Assistant in Eramen Minerals, Inc., a surface Nickel Company, and a 3-month experience from my On-The-Job Training Program in Philsaga Mining Corporation, an underground gold company, working under both the Mine Planning Department and the Mine Operations-Productions Department last 2019. Currently, I am balancing my studies and work as I am working as a part-time employee at Canada Demo Services based in Costco.

I am a graduate of B.S. Mining Engineering from Adamson University in the Philippines, and currently a Mining Engineering Technician Student at Cambrian College (2022-2024).
