I am a graduate of the Mining Engineering Technologist Program at Cambrian College, where I graduated on the Dean’s Honour Role. While doing my Hard Rock Common Core certification I successfully completed all modules and obtained proficiency on all equipment on which I was trained.
I am also a graduate of the Primary Care Paramedic Program at CTS Canadian Career College, where I was also on the Dean’s Honor Role. Through my training and work experience as a Primary Care Paramedic, as well as my training in the Mining Engineering Technologist Program, I have a strong working knowledge in health and safety and maintaining a safe working environment.
Through previous work experience and my placement, I have developed excellent time management skills, the ability to multitask and work under pressure and deadlines, and the ability to work both independently and within a group setting. I have developed interpersonal communication skills that allow me to work with my colleagues, take direction, and interact with new people. I feel that these are all assets that would be beneficial for this position.
