Hi there! My name is Maddy. I graduated from StFX in 2023, and am returning for nursing studies in 2024. I have well-rounded experience in various forms of customer service and satisfaction practices, and would like to explore more in different career fields.
I have approximately seven years of customer service experience, intertwined with multiple years of different POS system operation. Along with these positions comes with an excellent ability to memorize and curate complicated product descriptions and displays to offer my best recommendations to customers.
I graduated from a small high school in Cape Breton, after which I enrolled a Bachelor of Science with major in Biology and minor in Psychology at Saint Francis Xavier University. I graduated with this degree in 2023, and am now enrolled in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Accelerated Option) beginning in January 2024.
