With over 9 years of working experience in the customer care industry, I have seen and worked in many departments which helps me in better understanding the requirements and responsibilities of a Human resource generalist. I have experience in sales and marketing, first responder in customer service for a hotel chain and eventually handling customer escalations. Post exceeding in the role of customer service escalation agent, I achieved the promotion and handled teams with varying size of 10 to 60.

I was involved in interviewing, orientation, and training process of new hires. I eventually grew in position and the last posting I worked at was Deputy Manager in Human Resource, where I gained immense appreciation for my fast learning skill and quick adaptation.
