A reliable, results-oriented, development and construction professional with a background in Urban Planning, Real Estate Development and Construction. Having primarily focused on developing large commercial/retail, institutional and residential projects over the last several years, Marco is also accomplished in delivering fully integrated vertically mixed use projects throughout the GTA and Golden Horseshoe. Marco is now responsible for advising on all Planning, Development and Construction related matters and manages the full development process from its inception. From site acquisition, concept design, land use entitlements and approvals, financial feasibility modelling, business development and construction delivery, Marco has proven to be a valued team builder and leader.
