I want to utilize my skills and knowledge in hospitality service industry, seeking a career opportunity in a challenging, growth-oriented environment that will allow the use and development of my hospitality skills and abilities in the service industry.
I have a full year of experience working under Food and Beverage Department in Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center and in my previous work at Best Western Lamplighter Inn & Conference Centre I outstood in providing good customer service, create a memorable dining experience and exceed to meet the expectations of the guests and most especially my managers. I have acquired a leadership skill, particularly in taking initiative and dealing with customer complaints.
With a BS degree in Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Management, I have gained a wide knowledge in the hospitality industry with good communication skills, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. I have also completed my Post Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Operations Management at Fanshawe College where I was exposed to professional leadership qualities.
