- In charge of scheduling, meal planning, menu (cooking), personal care of residents, hiring and orientation. Manager would work mon -fri and be in charge of filling in for staff that call in sick or finding someone to take the shift. Our home has 11 residents.

- Provides direct care to those with intellectual and development disabilities.
- Performs personal care tasks, including assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and health care related tasks.
- Fosters positive relationship between caretakers and individuals served.
- Ensures clients safety and maintaining a safe environment.
- Encourage self-help activities.
- Reports changes in client’s condition or family situation to administrations and supervisors.

- Performs home management functions such as light housekeeping, laundry, bed making and cleaning.
- Plans meals, shopping groceries, preparing, and serving food/meal. Feeding and clean ups.
- Assist with Toileting, including bedpans, urinals, and commode chairs as necessary.
