I have a minimum of 15 years in customer service. I am good at it and i am very human like. I like people and help them. I care about doing a good job but most important to resolve issues and make the customer happy.
I have been in computers for a while and so i am use to help people.
I have a degree in computers so an AEC in micro-computers and a DES. I want to move forward in customer services but not nessairely in computers. So if you a training i am ready to accept the challenge.
