I can offer +10 years in the retail industry, with 7 of those years in upper level store management. Currently, I'm employed as an Assistant Manager at Bath & Body Works.
I have a passion for visual presentation and this can be utilized for your company's benefit in multiple different ways (in-person displays, marketing/ads, emails/presentations, social media, etc.). The largest team I have had to oversee was a roster of 75 employees all directly reporting to myself and the store manager, the smallest being 10 employees. Responsibilities include but are not limited to employee development (interviewing/hiring/training), overall customer service and assistance (selling/cashiering, etc.), visual display planning/execution, scheduling and shift management, as well payroll management and sales budgeting up to as high as $900,000 during peak holiday months.
