Ask people the one question that is hardest to answer, and this will be it. The most honest of answers is one most fear. Thankfully I am old enough, with enough experience to answer this honestly. I am a mother of 4 grown children and two grandchildren, I've worked businesses with my x-husband from owning a printing press to logging, worked retail and as a pizza driver.

I have been a paramedic, H&S advisor/medic on a giant road construction project, HR admin, competed in Logger sports, driven quads/sleds/dirt bikes and trikes…hiked up trails best suited for mountain goats and swam in many a cold lake, stream and river.

I genuinely enjoy people and have yet to come across a personality I couldn't handle. I tend to gravitate to those who people shun or tease…I know what its like, and yet…I've sat down with heads of major corporations, hockey establishments, supervisors and managers and can articulate well in mixed company.

I am committed, hard working (thanks to 3 older brothers) and love the outdoors.

Over a 20 year span owned various businesses with my now x husband, and ran my own cleaning company in Fort St. John. I have worked in the Oil & Gas field, Forestry, Logging, UHNBC as a clerk IV/porter, Paramedic for 5+ years (and planning on going back on a casual basis), confined space rescue with many mills (Canfor, Apollo, Sinclair), Health & Safety Advisor (Veolia Green Energy, A&A Trading) and as a medic.

My experience with people and learning on the fly has been the groundwork of my careers.

Safety….BCIT, JIBC and CNC to name a few, as a CSO, Paramedic, PII, Confined Space Rescue with life experience of working on a Major Road Construction crew in the middle of nowhere and camping for the first 3 ½ month stretch (sept - Dec 2021) and 2 months on the second and final stage of finishing work (July & August 2022). Own my own power saw and various tools and have knowledge of how to use them.
