Senior Hospitality Professional with proven 10+ years in customer service and serving experience in the fine- dining hospitality industry. Served multiple roles and responsibilities as supervisor, server, bartender, barista, and host bringing my expert communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills to any role. My experience in fine-dining hospitality includes taking on multiple roles as host, support, bartender and supervisor.

For the past two years I have been employed with The Restaurant at The Elora Mill Hotel and Spa. During this time I have consistently grown in my roles and have continually been given more responsibility.

• I was responsible for ensuring training of all hosts in fine dining decorum;
• Additionally, as a bartender, my contributions included in creating bestseller seasonal cocktail lists to drive upsell opportunities;
• Responsible for training all new bar staff;
• One of my favorite assignments is providing full tableside service to guests at the kitchen counter for their ten-course tasting menu. This requires me to work closely with the Chefs and Sommelier to create an elevated and memorable dinning experience for the guests.
• I am a self starter and excel at serving guests with accuracy, efficiency and a friendly attitude along with overseeing junior team member’s work.
• I also enjoy learning the finer details of an ever-changing seasonal menu.
