I am a veteran bartender with a passion for mixology. I have been tending bar for well over 10 years and have trained and made successful bartenders along the way. I also make custom cocktails tailored to your liking, but have plenty of respect for the classics.
My first taste of tending bar came as a service bartender for a high volume buffet restaurant where I learned the basics and the speed needed for bartending. From there, I went onto bartend at a neighborhood bar in Toronto's Little Italy, at BMO Field, at a premium casual lounge in Mississauga, at a hotel lobby bar, and a few casual sit-downs along the way. Now I find myself as a veteran bartender that the establishment can rely on to get them through and succeed through the busiest nights or amp up morale during the slowest lulls.
I am Prud'homme bier certified as well as Smart Serve certified. I've attended a fair share of cocktail making classes and have even lead a few of them. Also, I continue to learn from my peers through real life and social media at every chance I get.
