Additionally, in my role as an Organizational Development Officer at the Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana, I contributed to the development of training processes, updated the organizational structure, coordinated institutional events, and managed internal communications.
Currently I am studying a post graduate certificate in Human Resource Management, also I have a degree in Psychology.
