My work experience is supplemented by a continual desire to learn and enhance my professional skillsets. I carry a CRFP designation, a Certified Train the Trainer designation attained from the Occupational Safety Group (trained 200+ Community Services workers with City of Mississauga on WHMIS and Emergency Procedures as my first opportunity training employees). My licenses also include valid DZ license as well as many other types of training and certification to compliment my ability to serve those whom I am employed with.

With a strong background using various technology for administrative functions, use of various software(s), makes information technology learning a second nature activity. I am highly organized, self-driven, analytical, thoughtful, and fast to adapt. Some of the examples of continued learning I have done in the past couple of years includes web design and virtual reality development as personal interest items.

With passion, I enjoy continued learning and volunteering. With a high level of emotional intelligence and a strong empathetic approach to situations, the care I have for people I work with and those I serve is a significant strength I bring to prospective employers. Within my professional career, I have supervised and managed high performing teams for over 10 years. In tandem my experience is complimented with 20 years of customer service experience. Some of the highlights of my professional career include receiving awards for service and sales achievements. As well, I have had a strong background in safety and training for multiple employers.

Beyond receiving my Ontario Secondary School Diploma, I have attained many certificates as it applies to professional interests. I carry a Certified Recreation Facilities Professional designation, Refrigeration Operator B Class certificate, Amusement Devices Mechanic, valid DZ license amongst many other certificates that were required with various employers.
