Communication: Develop communication strategies (posters, newsletters, videos, intranet sites, info sessions, FAQs, glossaries, etc.). Design the various tools.
Training: Develop learning and skills development strategies (self- learning, classroom, online training, virtual courses). Design and validate training materials. Train superusers.
Transition and Continuous Improvement: Develop transition plans (activity reduction, transfer between departments/teams). Define roles and responsibilities of resources involved in changes. Establish new business rules. Create continuous improvement strategies and support teams during change. Lean Six Sigma training.
Holder of a bachelor's degree in communication and a master's degree in educational technology, I am a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Prosci‑certified, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. With over 30 years of experience in information technology—including 18 years as a change management consultant—I have supported major organizations such as VIA Rail, Bombardier, Desjardins, Hydro‑Québec, Bell, and the National Bank of Canada, as well as public institutions including the City of Montreal and Quebec government ministries.
Throughout my career, I have led specialized change management teams and developed strategies, business process frameworks, and comprehensive training, communication, transition, and continuous improvement plans. I have also managed budgets, schedules, and cross‑functional coordination.
I have played a key role in large‑scale transformation initiatives, guiding organizations through complex technological and operational changes. My track record in both technology platform deployments and organizational transformation projects reflects a consistent ability to drive successful, sustainable change.
