• Shananigans is a local business situated in prince albert, operating successfully for last 15 years.
• They offer homemade food and bakery products and provide catering services for some of the biggest events in prince albert, including Esso Cup, CO-OP events, Marriages, Funerals and many more.
• In shananigans I was responsible for various tasks, including cash management and cash outs.
• I was also looking after of inventory and used to make delivery orders for owner. My inventory management was containing of ordering alcohol, drinks and packaging supplies and making low list for tea-coffee orders.
• I was also an essential part of catering events organized by company. In events, I used to make sure the arrangements made are enough and precise or not. Additionally, when the events are over, making sure of bringing all the accessories of company, used in event are safe and sound back to its’ place.
• After my senior quit the job, I took over the scheduling and training process in company.

January 2016 – March 2017

• Numaro-Uno is a private consultation company, used to provide different consultation services for clients and customers. 
• Consultation including job placements for students.
• I was part of the administration department, where I was working with 3 more assistants under our lead accountant.
• My job included keeping records of transections, received payments, receivables and purchases.
• After working for a time, I was given some more responsibilities in company, where I oversaw maintaining office supplies (including ordering).
• When company was having shortage of staff, I was called to handle CRM program of company, where I used to store all the necessary information about clients and vendors and when needed I used to sort the information for my manager.
