Hi, I have experience of working in WFM role from Nov 2015 till Feb 2022. I have recently moved to Canada (Toronto) on Permanent Resident status and looking for opportunity in same field. I have good hands at Microsoft offline tools like excel, pp, word, outlook. And have also worked on applications like Avaya CMS, Nice IEX, Aspect, Verint.
I have studied in George Brown College in Toronto in year 2011. Post that I started working with Mucho Burrito and later was promoted as store manager. Once my Visa got expired in March 2015 I moved to India and started working with Barclays as Customer Service rep.
And in 6 months was promoted to WFM analyst role due to my knowledge and capabilities in nov 2015. I worked there till Aug 2019 and joined Arrivia Vacations( then ICE international) as WFM team lead. And once i got approved for Permanent Resident status of Canada i had to quit that job in Feb 2022.
My latest education was in 2011 from George Brown College Toronto. I studied Financial Planning.
