An enthusiastic person with a lot of dreams, and who believes every situation to be a learning phase of life. At my workplace, I consider myself to be an organized individual with long term goals as well as in need, my colleagues consider me approachable.
I have worked in two different fields. As per my most recent experience of being a supervisor, I have had a lot of responsibilities because a leader is guider of team, and the more goal-oriented plus efficient a leader is, the more motivated team will be. From my another experience, rather than just highway construction or QA of material, I have learnt cultural diversity since many people from all over the India join construction department and I myself have traveled to other provinces for that work.
I have done Diploma in Civil Engineering in which I have learnt many construction related stuff as I found this field fascinating.
