With equal experience as an in-house Instructional Designer/Training Consultant and a freelance contractor over my 20-year career, I bring a breadth of experience to each new learning initiative, whether it be a targeted chat based initiative or a company wide launch of a fully blended curriculum. I'm excited about the potential for using AI, making sure, however, that it is grounded in bedrock ID principles. I can also evaluate a training strategy and make recommendations for improving engagement and effectiveness. I believe job training should take not only the target learners' needs but their experience into account when development materials, and if possible, involve them in the process.

Frelance: Several years working with e-learning firms for clients in Tech, Health care, Government, Higher education, Telecommunications, Energy, and Financial industries.
