As a solution manager I was responsible to prepare and design the suitable solutions based on our customers requirements by managing and coordinating between all the resources and the product lines managers (IT, Network, Power, Wireless, …, etc.) involved in the project till output the final Solution, below are some projects that I was responsible as Solution manager :

5- E-learning and Smart Class Solutions In addition, I was the UC &C Product line manager, I was responsible to provide the Solutions related to IP telephony system, Contact Center, Video Conference & Telepresence system, Intelligent Video Surveillance system and Emergency Command Center (ECC), in general my duties were:
Design the UC&C Solutions to our customers and partners based on their requirements
Find new opportunities and markets for our company UC&C products.
Build a good relationship with our partners and customers based on respect and trust, also provide them the technical consultancy when required
Develop the commercial and technical skills of our company partners
Coordinate with account managers, channel managers and partners to developing new business opportunities and marketing strategies
Following the Research and development department in the HQ in china to keep tracking the development in our products

BSC GSM and WCDMA senior engineer.
I was the Team Director for Asiacell Abis, Gb and A over IP project in Baghdad and south region of IRAQ, I was responsible to design, configure and execute the migration operations of all the interfaces of Asiacell BSCs from TDM to IP, Also I did participate in Asiacell 3G project for the south region as a team leader and I was responsible to implement the delivery process of the project.
