I Mohammed Mostafizur Rahman Started a banking job sept. 8th 2008 in Royal bank of Canada as Client Advisor. Now i am working in Banking advisor.Throughout my long term experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with service that sells. I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings.

I realize that acquiring and maintaining loyal repeat business as well as spreading the word of your business through these loyal patrons is of the utmost importance in every company positions.In addition to my present job, I am responsible for a personal banker taking with client and developing client relationships with banks. Lastly, while in my role with client in a bank, I am getting excellent work opportunities in financial institutions.I believe my background provides the skills that are required for the position. Responsibilities

• Advise customers on bank services for their needs (e.g. loans ,credit cards and Investments)
• Manage customer bank accounts; open, close and oversee transactions
• Resolve issues with banking services and accounts
• Refer clients to in house financial experts, as needed
• Reach out to potential customers to generate new business
• Present financial products and services to existing and prospective customers
• Perform administrative duties (e.g. entering data into banking software)

I completed MBA Finance form Administrative management college from India. Before i did finish Bachelore of comerce form Dhaka University, Bangladesh. In 2001-2004, I completed 73 credits in Math and statistics from Concordia University.
