Lead activities to prepare, manage and deliver Co-Existence strategies during staggered branch wise Roll-out approach.
Also responsible to manage Financial Accounting & Reporting workstream from Core Banking Transformation team for Transact Islamic & Conventional Modules.
Workstream includes: Financial Reporting, Financial Accounting, Taxation, VAT, COA, Reconciliation, payment system, FTP & Customer Profitability
Assist all the Workstreams POCs and Business users in understanding Temenos (Transact) functionality, limitation so much so they can discuss & identify Gaps accordingly
Assist in designing all the Interfaces that push or fetch financial information from ancillary systems including Trade (TI Plus), Treasury (TPP & OPICS) and Oracle Financial Interface
Functional assistance in integrations with other Interfaces using Temenos Payment HUB, AA Accounts, Limit, AA Lending, ATM Framework modules.
Other Modules under implementation also includes Pakistan Country Model Bank, UAE Model Bank, AA Deposit, AA Bundle
Provide consultancy/guidance on any attribute related to Temenos
Assist other workstreams in managing varying functionality against existing requirements.
Identify Gaps as per Bank’s Finance Requirement and arrange Sign Offs from respective Exco members
To Finalize BRD with third party vendors and arrange sign offs from respective EXCO members
To Guide Business Teams for preparation of Test scenarios and multiple Test Cases
Bridge understanding gap between Temenos Consultant and Bank’s Business user
Member of Core working group for Data Migration Strategy Document
