I have 20 years of experience in working with Telecom industry, I worked at Telus, Rogers, Huawei, ZTE, Orange -France Telecom group.

I have been working as a project manager for the last 10 years in Fibre, site construction, working closely with more than 6 contractors to build new sites in 5G,3G, LTE. I arranged the scope of work for building the sites for bidding purpose, did the bid walk, chose the winner bidding, built the project milestones, and shared the schedule and deadlines with the project team. I also collaborated with the procurement team for the vendors management, did the site inspection after the work is done, and hired third party company to confirm the work is completed according to the engineering drawing and SOW. I managed the program financials in accordance with corporate financial policies and tools (SAP). I managed internal and external risks within the program and escalated to management with applicable solutions and their impacts. I made sure the project is delivered on time and at budget

As a project manager I am responsible for all the project intervals from initiating, Planning, executing, monitoring and controlling. invite the contractors for the bid walk, tender out the RFQ, received the quotes and announce the winning bidder beside inspect the work during all the stages of the project and make sure sites are built as per the engineering drawings.

I holed a bachelors degree in Management Information System (MIS) 4 years university. Also I have a diploma degree in Industrial electronics engineering degree.
