Neha Waseem

Hi my name is Neha I am 20 years old I am currently a student at York University, and I have had the opportunity to work in two different roles recently. One of my positions was as a receptionist at a law office, and the other was as a waitress at a restaurant.

I'm dedicated to providing excellent customer service and have strong communication skills. I always put the customer first, making sure they feel valued and well-cared for. I'm a good listener and can communicate clearly and empathetically. Whether I'm working as a receptionist at a law office or a waitress at a restaurant, I focus on understanding and meeting customer needs. I'm committed to making customers feel welcome and ensuring their satisfaction by going the extra mile.

In my role as a receptionist at a law firm, I developed strong organizational and multitasking skills. I managed phone calls, scheduled appointments, and ensured a welcoming atmosphere for clients. This experience taught me professionalism and attention to detail.

Working as a waitress in a restaurant, I honed my interpersonal and customer service skills. I took orders, provided recommendations, and ensured a positive dining experience. This role enhanced my ability to communicate effectively and work under pressure.

Both positions contributed to my overall skill set, including customer focus, adaptability, and the ability to handle various responsibilities.

Studying psychology has equipped me with a versatile skill set that's highly relevant to various job opportunities.
