Nhi Nguyen

Nhi Nguyen is an illustrator graduated from OCAD University,

Toronto, Canada.

Creating art has always been her passion and being an illustrator compassed her to the way achieving her artistic goal - to bring eyes to lands of stories and dimensions of dreams. As an illustrator, her artistic approach belongs to romantic and spiritual orientation, surrealism, and bold statement with touches of symbolism and metaphors.

I have learnt and experience with branding, promotions and consumer products in a professional environment at OCAD University. I have also been a merchandiser of self-designing keychains and had been a former head administrator of a Facebook page where I need to promote among a specific group of community which revolves around comics. My experiences help me grow in sketching, illustrating and advertising.

Recently I have just had an opportunity to learn in a design competition in Toronto where I can provide sketches, street-wear design, as well as with advertising copywriting skills. I believe my skill and experiences which I have been gathering throughout my years of eagerness to learn and work can be used at their best if I can be in a professional environment where I am encouraged to learn more and fear not to grow more.

I have had my experience in learning visual art in Centennial College for one year and OCAD University for four year as I have just graduated with my bachelor degree in illustration.
