During the last couple of years in the labour market, I have gained a vast amount of experience in business management. I learned the important facets of running a business. I learned that to be successful, you need to work hard, give your utmost best and be confident and self-disciplined.
Furthermore, tools such as communication, motivation, co-ordination, delegation and discipline must be used to lay a successful foundation. I also discovered that good relationship building is a skill that can be systematically applied to reach a predetermined goal. Good relationship building promotes communication and motivate people.
Good people skill is thus a trait that must be promoted to ensure good supervision. Knowledge and skills are the footings on which a strong character can be built. I therefore actively seek out opportunities and challenges to acquire knowledge and skills.
I view any experience and or knowledge, as the building blocks of a mature character.
