Thesis:Designing a hydraulic flocculator before direct filtration to overcome increased turbidity at the

Charles-J.-Des Baillets water treatment plant. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and experimental studies were used to evaluate the flocculator’s efficiency. The solution aims to improve turbidity removal and filtration cycle length.
