Noah Gerrard

I am a hard-working and eager individual. I am currently enrolled at Fleming College in the Fish and Wildlife program in my 1st year. I have great interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong technical skills. I have been interested in the natural world since I was a child, pursuing hobbies like hunting, fishing, hiking, kayaking, and boating. I have previous hands-on experience with boats, boat docking, and boat handling having worked at a marina for two seasons as well as fishing experiences.

My time so far at Fleming college has given me a lot of hands-on and working knowledge pertaining to fisheries and wildlife work. I have been taught industry-standard techniques for tree measurement, soil sampling, soon I will learn electrofishing, data collection, data management, ARCGIS, excel, and identification of over 600 species within Ontario. I will be gaining my electrofishing certification as well as having first aid and CPR certification and will be putting my electrofishing skills into practice as a part of my schooling.

I have maintenance experience with Norfolk county as well as agriculture experience.

I am a fish and Wildlife student at Fleming College.
