I am a highly motivated Assistant dedicated to providing a full range of professional office administration with extensive experience developed within the insurance industry, financial services and health care sectors. I have well-developed skills in organization, communications, problem solving, decision-making, training, and have extensive experience using Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
My accomplishments also include: planning and organizing all aspects of board meetings, lunch meetings and personal formal and casual dinner events. This entailed providing car service, hotels, travel arrangements, meal services, presentations, video conferences and conference calls to ensure the smooth running of meetings.
One of my strengths is the commitment to customer service. By that, I believe that everyone we meet, both inside and outside the organization, is our customer and it's important that we treat all of them, at every level with respect and dignity.
