Financial Planning and Analysis

• Developed and improved financial models for costing and pricing of enterprise level deals, including new lines of business and unique client situations

• Support client-facing team with real-time roll-ups and analysis for multiple iterations through the solutions development and sales process
• For renewal deals, performed deep dive analysis on historical financials and operational data to help the solutioning group fully understand current baseline and have a common starting point 
• Prepared a white paper analysing the historical interplay between currency fluctuations and local inflation rates, demonstrating current policies were double-counting risk and leading to over-pricing of certain types of deal, leading to a change in policy and a new competitive edge in pricing services from certain offshore locations
