Oleg Ilnitsky

I am an expert at implementing Lean Manufacturing initiatives and adept at resource management and allocation. I strive to ensure that all employees and colleagues operate in a safe, goal-oriented, and productive environment. Additionally, I am driven to implement change, improve operating efficiencies and exceed company goals by delivering substantial results.

Moreover, because of my extensive international experience working in Europe, South America, and Asia as a leader, I have become adept at dealing with individuals from a wide variety of cultures and nationalities.

I have over 15 years of management experience in world-class manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and maintenance, as well as in Health and Safety, and human resources. I managed multiple teams and departments and was responsible for all production processes and schedules. I trained over 100 employees, conducting employee performance evaluations annually.

I am a Mechanical Engineer who has completed a master’s degree and certified Six Sigma Lean Black Belt.
