I have a passion for learning and passing on the knowledge I have obtained. I have a mechanical engineering technician diploma and several other certifications, including Lean Foundations. I was a technical coordinator for 7 years and was able to save the company thousands of dollars each year by completing continuous improvement projects I advocated. I presented comparable tooling and machine options to the CEO for considerations, making our production team more ergonomic and efficient. I am a quality conscience individual that has strong work ethics and insists on open communication to enable a team's pride of ownership in all tasks. I go above and beyond to make everyone's job a little easier and make internal and external customers happy.

I have worked in a machining department for 1 year, helping with CI in processes, training and in improving ergonomics. I have worked in the lighting industry (production department) for 7 years as a technical coordinator / pre-production coordinator. I have worked in the automotive industry as a quality inspector for over 3 years.
