Dedicated and compassionate dental assistant with a strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence. Skilled in assisting with a variety of dental procedures, maintaining a sterile and organized clinical environment, and ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit. Known for strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced dental settings.
Although I am new to the dental field professionally, I gained valuable hands-on experience through 120 hours of volunteer work at Dr. Michelson’s Dentistry in Cambridge, Ontario. During this time, I assisted chairside during dental procedures, supported the dental team with operatory preparation and infection control, and had the opportunity to gain some experience with front desk responsibilities.
This experience helped strengthen my clinical skills, communication, and understanding of how a dental practice operates while allowing me to provide supportive and compassionate care to patients.
I am a graduate of the Level II Dental Assisting program at Anderson College, where I developed strong clinical and patient care skills. Through my training, I gained hands-on experience in chairside assisting, infection control, radiography, and dental office procedures. I also obtained my HARP certification, allowing me to safely take dental radiographs while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care.
