I am a are a seasoned Healthcare Informatics Specialist with over 7 years of experience specializing in the implementation, training, and optimization of major EMR systems like Epic and Cerner. My career is defined by successfully bridging the gap between clinical teams and IT, leading end-user training, and providing critical at-the-elbow support during large-scale hospital go-lives to ensure physician adoption and enhance patient care delivery.
