I As the Manager at Student Works in Ottawa since September 2023, I lead a team of students, overseeing the branch's affairs and managing the recruitment process. My responsibilities include interviewing and hiring employees, and I actively participate in the sales of home maintenance services, leveraging social media platforms for effective marketing. Prior to this, as a Retail Associate at Di Salvo Sports from April 2022 to July 2023, I honed my customer service skills, resolving inquiries and complaints with a positive approach.

I engaged customers on the sales floor, offering friendly and knowledgeable assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Currently in my third year of studies, I am an enthusiastic Electrical Engineering student. Throughout my academic journey, I have immersed myself in a diverse range of courses, gaining a solid foundation in the principles of electrical systems, electronics, and related disciplines. My coursework has equipped me with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to tackle complex engineering challenges.
